Excellent experience with Caliber. Insurance covered my windshield replacement. They were booked out a few weeks, but worth the wait. KAI gave me a courtesy call an hour ahead. I'd booked an on-location swap out so I could stay at work. Caliber came to me. Kai discretely grabbed the keys and did a great job. My co-workers and many of the patients were watching through the wall of glass at my job. Service was provided on the corner of Holden/Gate City Blvd's busy intersection. The traffic and noise didn't affect the quality. Caliber's technician performed in front of everybody and knocked it out in a short-time. I'd never replaced a windshield in 30yrs on the road... Hopefully, never again. Now I have a great place to use if I am ever in trouble and somewhere to recommend to family, friends, and customers. Thank you Kai!
